Returns:

• Manufacturer's warranty will be handled directly with manufacturer

• Defective or Damaged Products. We will replace the product or issue a refund after we receive the damaged product. (you will not incur shipping costs) 

• All  Products  purchased through Telemetry & Control Systems Solutions, Inc. may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or a credit towards your account only if in new and unopened/unused condition. Depending on the product a restocking fee may also be charged. In rare circumstances this would be up to 20% of the product's price. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless an error was made by Telemetry & Control Systems Solutions in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have an RMA number.
